Monica has been in Mondelez (Formerly Kraft/Cadbury) for 11 years. She is of Canadian citizenship and born in Mexico city. She started her career in Unilever Mexico (10 years) and joined Cadbury Canada in 2002 . She has experience in Consumer Insights, Change Management & Marketing positions. Currently she is based in Zurich working in the Mondelez Global Chocolate team.

Currently Peter gets to play with all of our fantastic brands in Europe; Cadbury, Milka, Cote D’or and Toblerone. He guides them, helps create innovation and works with an exceptional team.
Previously Peter looked after our UK, Ireland and Nordic Coffee businesses; leading our Kenco & Gevalia brands and re-inventing our business with Tassimo in On Demand.
Before that Peter had a go at most things within our company; Selling, Equity, Innovation and Trade Marketing. 17 Years with the business in total. It seems like yesterday when he started!

Wilbur leads RD&Q strategic planning, design, and development of product and package platform innovations for the $10B+ Mondelez International Global Chocolate category.  Wilbur has over 25 years of experience in leading and developing teams for consumer products multinationals.  He is the inventor / co-inventor on nine patents.

Bharat has joined Mondelez (Kraft Foods) from Cadbury, where he has previously held a number of increasingly responsible business roles, including President of Cadbury India.

"I am looking for ideas that can change the face of chocolate in the future. Think of it this way: if chocolate was invented today, for today’s world and today’s lives, what would it look like?"
